My name is Brandi and the reality of meditation is that the benefits come with consistency and developing a ritual and practice that fits easily into your life. Before developing my own practice, meditation was more of a "crisis" practice or whenever it was convenient. Sure, it felt good while I was doing it but the full benefits had yet to manifest into my life. When I took the time to learn more about meditation, it made more sense and it became easier to include the practice into my daily routine. After a while, it became a ritual. That's when my life started to change, for the better.

In 2010 I decided to take myself, my pain, and my heart more seriously. I knew something had to change and I could not keep running my life the way it had been going. That is when the commitment was made to make time for myself. To peel back the layers and release the pain and become a more authentic and better version of myself. There was a lot to unpack so it was not an instant change. But quietly, and in subtle waves I become more calm, less defensive, more peaceful and grew compassion in my heart for myself and others. Because I was changing who I was inside, my life started shifting. Better decisions were being made, better opportunities were coming my way and more meaningful connections were manifesting. All because I dedicated a small block of time to my daily ritual. The more consistent I became, the better my life went.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will it take? I get it, we all have a full life with multiple demands. This class is created with you in mind. You can expect to spend just under two hours a week in class with an optional 15 minute Q & A at the end of each class...from there it is up to you to incorporate meditation into your daily life. Starting with just ten minutes a day is a reasonable expectation.
I am not sure I can afford this program. How much is the investment? Investment is in the forefront of everyone's mind and I get it. The investment is $147. But the real question is, are you ready to invest in your personal growth? This is a first-step into a better you.
I've never been able to meditate successfully, will I be able to follow the program? Don't worry...we are doing this together. We will walk through step-by-step tools and techniques and apply what we have learned to practical application. Knowing the why's and how's will help to overcome previous meditation obstacles.
Is the investment refundable? This is a limited space class, tuition is non-refundable but can be applied to a future class
When are the classes? Classes will start at 8:00 am Pac/9am Mnt/10am Cnt for 90 minutes with optional 15 minute Q & A afterwards. Mountain time on Saturday mornings. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled individually once class begins.
