Unlocking the Power of the 369 Manifestation Challenge

I am currently in the 4BK Academy and learning so many wonderful tools to apply to my life. A powerful practice is the 369 Manifestation 21-Day Challenge—a simple yet deeply transformative way to reprogram your subconscious mind and align with what you want to create.


Step 1: Choose Your Affirmations

Start by selecting 6 affirmations that truly resonate with you and reflect the life you are creating. These can be affirmations you write yourself or ones that you’ve discovered and personalized. (If you’re looking for inspiration, my book The Art of Positive Affirmations & Mantras on Amazon is a wonderful resource.)

Make sure your affirmations feel aligned and empowering. When you say them, you should feel a spark of truth and possibility.


Step 2: The 21-Day Practice

This challenge is broken into three powerful 9-day cycles:

 Days 1–9:

  • Say each of your 6 affirmations 3 times a day (once daily, three repetitions each).

  • Example: In the morning, repeat each affirmation 3 times.

Days 10–18:

  • Say each of your 6 affirmations 6 times a day.

  • I like to break this up into 3 repetitions in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.

Days 19–27:

  • Say each of your 6 affirmations 9 times a day.

  • I suggest 3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 3 before bed.

This rhythm of 3, 6, and 9 builds intensity and creates a pattern that strengthens your subconscious programming.

 

Step 3: Align with Action

Affirmations are powerful, but they work best when paired with action. Think of them as planting seeds. 🌱 To help them grow, you must water them with effort.

Ask yourself:

  • What steps can I take today to support this vision?

  • How can I align my choices with the reality I’m creating?

Remember, nobody ever got healthy by sitting on the sofa eating chips and ice cream. Manifestation is a partnership between your intention, your subconscious, and the actions you choose each day.
