Next up, a partnership between delicious cuisine and boutique wines. Kristin Riffe of Wine Concierge with Time for Vino, will be casually guiding us as we pair boutique wines with an appetizer, soup, entree, side dish and desert. Curious as to which wines are GF or even sugar free? Just ask Kristin! Something I really love about Time for Vino wines is that these options are available to select!

Word on the street, there is a very delicious sugar free wine to pair with our Lemon Drop Cake. It totally justifies the entire experience!

We have a very special collaboration happening with Chef Matt, in-home private chef specializing in GF, DF, V, VEG, and Omnivore options; Kristin Riffe, Wine Concierge with Time for Vino specializing in boutique wines; and Brandi Wolf, Certified Master of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher.
Together we have created an experience that starts off with a meditation class where we will share breathing tools and techniques that offer instant stress relief and balance the masculine/feminine energies, along with ways to ground and why it is important. We will finish our class up with a beautiful fall grounding meditation.

What's on Chef Matt's menu? Well get ready for your mouth to water as you read what we have in store for you:
We will start off with, Carmelized Onion Dip w/ House Made GF Focaccia and Traditional Crustini's (Veg & GF option).
Next up, welcome in fall with a cozy soup, Butternut Bisque w/Toasted Sage Pecans as a garnish (V, DF & GF).
Then the star of the show is the Vegan Pulled Pork served on a Brioche Bun with House Made BBQ Sauce and Cole Slaw Garnish (V, DF, GF option). This dish is a highly requested signature dish that will change your perspective on vegan and vegetarian dining. To round off this entree, it will be served with Garlic Smashed Potatoes w/House Made Roasted Red Pepper Aioli (Veg, DF, GF).
Finishing off the evening will be a delicious slice of frosted Lemon-Drop Layer Cake w/House Made Lemon Curd (Veg, GF).

The class starts at 4:00 pm with the first tasting and appetizer to be served just before 6:00 pm.

This will be a night to remember! Cost is $97 per person and includes everything listed above. There is a 3 bottle minimum order of wine per person...your toughest decision will be which three...shoot! Why not get more?
